Project Engineer & Site Supervisors (Kota Kinabalu)

We are looking for an accountable construction project engineer & construction site supervisors to be responsible for construction, engineering & technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the construction activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER (KOTA KINABALU)

Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) working experience in construction industry (minimum 2 years in building construction);
• Software Skills - MS Project and AutoCAD;
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects;
• Project management and supervision skills;
• Decision making ability and leadership skills;
• Time management and organisation skills;
• BS degree in Engineering or relevant field.

CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISORS (KOTA KINABALU)

Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) working experience in construction industry (minimum 2 years in building construction);
• A positive attitude and willingness to equip and encourage co-workers;
• The abilities to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary; 
• The willingness to accept other job responsibilities as needed;
• Excellent understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, foundation, carpentry and masonry work;
• Ability to read and understanding blueprints, schematics and construction documents;
• Ability to critically look at craftsmanship;

• The ability to multitask;

• Degree holder and above with 3 years working experience supporting senior management;
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; ability to create spreadsheets, word processing and manipulate presentation software as well as standard office equipment is critical;
• Must possess strong Organizational skills, interpersonal communications and ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of management is critical;
