SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SSS)

 

Responsibilities:

•        Ensure construction activities are conducted in compliance to OSHA.

ü Inspect and rectifying any unsafe condition at the construction site.

ü Correcting any unsafe practices.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Posses Diploma in Safety & Health / Engineering / Construction or equivalent.

·         Valid DOSH’s Yellow Book.  

·    Those with NIOSH SSS Certificate & having a construction working experiences also will be considered. 

·         Can communicate to site personnel – site workers.

·         Able to work at Sipitang, Sabah.

·         Good common senses in everyday life!

Vacancy as Land Surveyor!!

 Responsibilities:

·         Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.

·         Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.

·         Prepare survey as-built drawing, record survey-related data, construction setting out, levelling, etc.

·         Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.

·         Verifying data and calculations.

·         Recording results of surveys.

·         Calculating the measurements of sites.

·         Writing descriptions of property boundaries.

·         Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.

·         Perform complete survey including to built, pegging for new structure, location before, setting out and levelling works.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying/ Geomatic or related field.

·         At least 2~3 years working experience in this field is an added advantage.  

·         Liaise and co-ordinate with Licensed Land Surveyor to ensure accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculation

·         Ability to meet tight timescales, multi-tasking and have a good positive attitude. Able to work in minimal supervision.

·         Able to work at Sipitang, Sabah.

·         Good common senses in everyday life!

• Plan, organize, lead & control the construction works of concrete building with minimal supervision.
• Supervise the construction works as per the standards and safety practices.
• Organize resources efficiently.
• Report to Construction Manager.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of working experiences as Site Supervisor (Civil & Structure).
• Ability to handle technical matter.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all level.
• Good common sense in everyday life.
