Responsibilities:-
- Plan, organize and coordinate the annual sales target for assigned outlets in line with company's objectives;
- Execute monthly customer delivery plan in fulfillment of delivery as promised;
- Monitor and coordinate for efficient stock and order bank management;
- Support outlet in implementing TQE initiatives and other process improvement activities.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Management or equivalent discipline;
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in related field - retails and sales operations;
- Customer oriented and self-motivated person with good planning and organizational skills;
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Proficient in computer application especially in Microsoft Office.
