Responsibilities:-
- To monitor that every process specified in the ITP is carried out according to organization and client requirements, and relevant codes and standards
- To ensure every document required for QC activities are available and approved by the Client prior proceeding with the work
- To document every inspections and tests conducted based on the ITP accurately
- To maintain clear, accurate and timely QC records for each inspection and test
- To ensure welders are qualified for the specified work
- To inspect products purchased from suppliers and maintains required records of conformances
- To ensure every measuring equipment used at project are calibrated and relevant documents maintained
- To report discrepancies to the project management team and Senior QAQC Engineer
- To foster ideas for improvement in method, cost reduction and quality
- To carry out the responsibilities of project based QC Inspector according to EPCC of Project Organisation, MSOG-HRA-WI-01M
- Any other reasonable duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:-
- At least a Diploma in Welding Inspection
- Qualification in CSWIP, professional welding certificate, ASNT, etc.
- At least five (5) years working experiences in the related field (experiences in brownfield development is an added advantage)
- Possess CIDB and OGSP (BOSET will be an added advantage)
- Willing to be transferable to project sites (posses own transport)
- Good team player, detail-oriented and leading capability
- Mechanical aptitude desired
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written)
- Very good quality and safety awareness
Responsibilities:-
- Assist Project Manager to ensure implementation of HSE and Quality in all construction activities
- Develop overall Construction Plan with input from each discipline engineer and superintendent. Drive the construction team according to the approved construction plan
- Coordinate the multi discipline construction activities. Organized site coordination meeting to coordinate work from all disciplines (Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, Pipeline, etc.)
- Construction reporting (Site Diary, construction progress, mitigation plan) to Project Manager
- Responsible for site construct-ability and verification of AFC drawings
- Responsible to ensure timely and accurate application of PTW
- Interface with Client's Construction Manager and other Site Representatives
- Any other reasonable assigned duties from time to time
Requirements:-
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Civil/ Petroleum/ Oil & Gas) or equivalent
- Minimum eight (8) years experiences in working with and managing site teams and sub-contractors
- At least three (3) years experiences in oil & gas projects
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Willing to be transferable to and based full time at project site
- Strong interpersonal skills
