Responsibility:-

• To assist the Manager in daily operation of shipments and bulking activities.

Requirements:-

• Diploma in Operation / Shipment / Logistic or any related discipline;
• Posses Steam Engine Driver Grade 1 Competency Certificate from Department of Occupational Safety & Health OR Electrical Chargeman Grade A1 from Energy Commission of Malaysia;
• Posses valid driving license (Class D);
• Strong interpersonal with excellent communication and writing skill in both Bahasa and English;
• Self-motivated, quality and result driven, honest and trustworthy;
• Male, physically fit and willing to travel extensively.

Immediate Vacancy

1. SITE AGENT

• Ensure work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards including oversee purchase and delivery of building materials;
• Liaison with Client / Client's Representative / Consultants and attend consultant meeting;
• Ensure work complies with building regulations and health & safety legislation as well as other legal requirements;
• Ensure proper requirement / record of daily site activities.

2. STRUCTURAL SITE SUPERVISOR

• Monitoring and supervising site daily construction activities, manpower, machinery and building material;
• Carry out joint inspection including filling up inspection form with Client's Representative;
• Providing technical support related to design and specifications;
• Maintains safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations;
• Prepare and submit site daily record.

3. LAND SURVEYOR

• Undertaking land survey / measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment;
• Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, computer applications such as CAD;
• To perform and carry out all land surveying tasks, including setting out to facilitate all site construction activities;

4. M&E COORDINATOR

• To arrange for testing of M&E materials and equipment functional test;
• Supervise and inspect all mechanical and electrical works to ensure quality of work;
• Liaise with NSC and local authority where necessary.

5. PROJECT SECRETARY CUM DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Execute diversified confidential secretarial duties to Director including arrange meetings, appointments, reports, good filing system, travel and hotel arrangement;
• Follow up on assignment status with relevant parties and ability to have good judgement in setting up priorities and any other ad-hoc duties;
• Translate reports and documents from English to Chinese;
• Provide the Management with timely feedback and reports.

Requirements:-

• Position 1-4, preferably with 3-5 years with high rise building construction experience;
• Position 5, preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field;
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese. Candidates who can speak & write Chinese would be added advantage;
